Tailored for any age group from Foundation to Year 12, each session is adapted to suit the developmental stage, needs and emotional world of the students in the room.

Confidence Workshops

High-energy, age-appropriate workshops using the performing arts as a powerful tool to build confidence, self-expression and connection. Staff PD and Parent Sessions

Insightful and practical sessions for staff and parents focused on confidence, self-worth, the developing brain and how to support young people through the pressures of growing up. Jackie shares clear, relatable strategies to help adults understand what young people are navigating socially, emotionally and developmentally — and how to respond in ways that build confidence rather than shame. Sessions can be tailored for primary, tween or teen communities, helping schools and families work together to support young people to keep their light on.
