An elite 8-day program (by audition) for talented and committed young performers in dance and musical theatre, currently held in Sydney and Melbourne
8 days of Intensive training with world-class choreographers, directors, and creatives, plus daily mindset coaching, all within a high-performance, supportive environment.
Culminating in a professionally produced theatre show at iconic venues, featuring industry special guests, full lighting, staging, and costumes. A spectacular performance experience like no other.

WE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT IMPROVING THE MENTAL HEALTH OF ALL YOUNG PEOPLE. IT IS OUR DUTY OF CARE AND COMMITMENT TO THE INDUSTRY WE LOVE.
We provide the most supportive high performance environment and teach participants the skills to manage their mental and emotional health. We believe these skills to be just as important as the physical development of an artist. We mentor our young people to develop positive self talk, self esteem, resilience and metal toughness.
Ongoing connection is an important part of the program. Participants will stay connected with RISE through check ins, connection with the directors and mentors and access to further programs. We are dedicated to the ongoing development of all young people involved in RISE.
